Run from the city of Swansea to the sea on fully closed roads that are also wheelchair friendly. It’s a flat and fast course ideal for first timers or anyone chasing the PB! Over 7500 runners in 2025 so why not be part of the fun?

Children battling cancer can find themselves absent from school for extended periods of time meaning limited friendship and support circles, family becomes even more invaluable. Forced separation from parents and siblings during treatment regimes can leave children affected by cancer and their siblings having to deal with a wide range of experiences and emotions that are new and can be troubling.
Your efforts will make a valuable difference to the children and families we support.
